The Generational War in the Inbox
Imagine receiving an email from your 22-year-old new hire that says: "Bro is actually lacking rizz fr fr, the new deployment is giving Ohio."
If you are over 30, that sentence is absolute nonsense. Welcome to the Brainrot era.
What is "Brainrot"?
"Brainrot" is the hyper-ironic internet slang created by Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha, heavily influenced by TikTok, Twitch streamers, and meme culture. Words like Skibidi (often used as a filler or meaning 'bad/chaotic'), Rizz (charisma), and Sigma (lone wolf/leader) have entirely replaced standard vocabulary for millions of young people.
