Define the brief
Collect the business goal, audience, channel, offer, voice, language/script, available assets and realistic production capacity. Reuse information already provided. If performance data is absent, label recommendations as hypotheses rather than proven best practices.
Build useful content pillars
Select three to five recurring audience needs supported by the brief. Examples include how-to explanations, product demonstrations, common mistakes, behind-the-scenes process and verified customer questions. Do not invent testimonials, milestones or case-study numbers. Identify the action each pillar supports: save, learn, enquire or visit a relevant page.
Create a feasible calendar
Choose a schedule the team can maintain. For each planned post include audience question, format, hook, core message, asset requirement, caption, action and measurement. Adapt content to each platform instead of duplicating it blindly. Verify current format constraints in official documentation when exact limits matter.
Do not assert a universal best time, required hashtag count, guaranteed reach multiplier or algorithm penalty without reliable current evidence. Use the account’s own data to test timing and format. Never promise virality.
Draft and localize
Use the supplied brand voice and verified facts. Make one main point per post. Keep source material’s meaning when repurposing. For multilingual audiences, ask for the language and script, protect names/prices/conditions and flag idioms for fluent review. Avoid fake engagement bait or invented urgency.
Review and measure
Check facts, offer consistency, links, readability, asset rights and accessibility. Compare metrics with the stated objective: saves for reference content, clicks for traffic, qualified enquiries for leads. Do not call a click or checkout opening a sale. Small samples are directional, not decisive.
Return a calendar, complete drafts, asset checklist and one-variable experiment plan. Treat scheduling platforms as unavailable unless actually connected. Drafting does not authorize publishing, messaging or ad spend. Keep a clear approval step before external actions.
